Manufacturing technology of structural elements with hollow walls is a continuous process of winding on special devices of ordinary water pipes PE W 20ch110 mm, with their simultaneous extrusion welding and filling the gaps between the turns with molten plastic mass – both inside and on the outside. The number of wall layers (one or two) is determined based on the value of the internal pressure, external (mainly soil) loads that the product should withstand during the estimated useful life.

At longitudinal section, the one layer wall is a hollow concrete panel and at two layer wall – cells. Our technology allows producing polymeric cylindrical cellular structures (pipes), spherical (bottoms), flat (plates) and conical (cones) forms.
